You won’t spend much time looking at the furnishings, since you will be captivated by the view from all 866 square feet of living space. (The two lanai’s bring the total to 1,069 square feet) Vaulted ceilings make this top floor unit extra spacious.

The kitchen has been completely renovated in September 2009.  Custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplash, combined with the ocean view make this spot a perfect place to prepare all of your meals.  It will suit the most discriminating tastes.

The bedroom has new island inspired furniture and a new king size mattress with Pima cotton sheets. The master bathroom is off the bedroom for your comfort and privacy. A queen size Murphy Bed with a 14 inch mattress is located in a beautiful Mahogany cabinet in the living room. Your extra guests will be comfortable here and appreciate their own bathroom with shower and bathtub located off the entryway.
