Stays of 7 nights or longer:  $175 per night

  Year Round Dates: $225 per night

Holiday Season
December 15th to January 2nd:  $275 per night 
**14 Night Minimum for Christmas and New Years**

Rates are for 2 Guests: Add $10/ per guest to a maximum of 4 Guests

Policies:

2 night deposit to confirm reservation**

Unit is reserved when deposit is received

Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Outside of 60 days 1 night of the deposit will be refunded if the condo is re-rented.  1 night will be held for an administration fee.  Inside of 60 days we will refund any money that we are able to recover from re-renting the condo minus the 1 night administration fee.

$200 security deposit required. Deposit refunded if no damage or excessive cleaning required

Cleaning fee charged for stays less than 7 nights

13.42% Hawaii State tax will be added to all reservations

No Smoking or Pets permitted

We try to keep our costs low by cutting out the middle person and offering our guests an exceptional value.  Recent cancellations have occurred just prior to 60 days before arrival.  **Any stays over 12 nights will be charged an additional night for the deposit for each week to confirm the reservation.  i.e  14 days = 3 night deposit,  19 days = 4 night deposit etc.
